Got this today:

These kind of emails just make our day!

Hi Kori and Jason,

The photos you guys took at our wedding are amazing! You did a great job of capturing the day. You are both great to work with and made us feel very comfortable. The details you were able to capture truly tell the story of our wedding day. Thanks for all you did at our engagement shoot, bridal portraits, and the wedding day. We will definitely recommend you to other couples!

- Sarah and Clint

We recently supplied Shirley's Flowers with a bunch of photos we've taken of their wonderful floral designs at recent weddings. They sent us a nice "thank you" surprise; this beautiful bouquet of flowers!

Thoughts and prayers for the Hoovers

We were saddened to learn earlier this week that a former wedding couple of ours, Maureen and Paul Hoover, were killed in an automobile accident while on vacation in Mexico. Paul's father Stephan and his mother Sharon also died in the accident. They were killed by a drunk driver.

I photographed their wedding several years ago and always thought I a lot of Maureen and Paul. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Hoover family, as well as Maureen's family.

Candice + Douglas

Congrats to Candice and Douglas! We are booked to photograph their wedding in October 2008. I made their engagement photos Tuesday evening and found some cool light to play with. - Jason

Back To School!

Hi, everyone! This is Kori... I can't believe it's already time for school to be starting again! And more than that, I absolutely can't believe that my little Autumn is one of the kids sitting in a classroom even as I type this. She was so excited about her first day of Kindergarten!

Jason and I snapped a few photos on our way to school this morning:

Autumn was so excited she could barely stand it! I loved the look she got on her face as she got her first glimpse of the school:

We blocked the sidewalk for a photo op...

And then it was off to school!

And here's Barrett posing in the hallway... I think he felt a little left out!

Not to worry though. Now we're taking him to the Springdale Waterpark so he'll have a fun day too! Hope everyone had a great first day back!

From the Inbox.....

"Wow! We could not have been happier having you guys photograph our lives during this occasion! You made it so easy and the results are unbelievable. You both were a blessing and a joy to work with. I can't wait to see the pictures, I have no doubts that you will blow us away with the photographs you took. Thank you both so much - we had a blast and were glad to have you both there with us to share it with!! You are awesome at what you do and I would suggest anyone and everyone to use you as their photographer! I know we will be using you more in the future! Thanks again so much! Love, Michelle and Ray Canode"

Lindy's Bridal Photos...

These photos were taken by Kori at the State Capitol in Little Rock.

I've had people ask me about opening up my "personal work" for purchase for their home and/or office. I am proud to announce the launch of my website for my black and white art photography: www.jasonhudsonphotos.com

Just a few photos in each gallery, but I will be adding more as time permits. Please take a look!

Victoria's Secret

These were top secret until the wedding but now that she is married, we can show you Victoria in her Pronovias dress, available at She Said Yes Bridal. These were from her bridal fashion photo shoot Kori and I did for her on her Grandparent's Farm near Memphis.

Hello Little Rock!

Hello to all the future brides & grooms that saw us at the bridal fair in Little Rock on Sunday afternoon. We had a great time meeting you all! We booked one wedding on the spot, booked a second one today, and our phone is ringing off the wall from brides wanting contracts. Our 2008 dates are filling up very fast. We appreciate you all for allowing us to make a living at something we truly love and have a passion for!

Here are some snaps from the day:

Our Booth:

Our friends from Cineast Films were there:

And Tanarah showed off some of her creative work. She won the prize for the
"Best Booth!"

Tragikly White performed acoustic sets at their booth:

It was also great to see so many of you that had booked us online that we hadn't met in person yet!
